Shri Balraj Kishor Namdeo:  A Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from I.I.T Bombay, He has over three and a half decades of experience in various Petroleum Refinery functions. He superannuated as Director (Refineries) of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL), where he has contributed significantly in smooth operations and strengthening growth of the organization. He is also an expert in Project Management, especially in the areas of conceptualization, planning and executing Major Projects with special focus on cost and time management. He is credited with being primarily responsible for the successful execution of various Mega projects. Currently, he is engaged at one of the largest Project of 60 MMTPA Refinery cum Petrochemicals Complex i.e., Ratnagiri Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (RRPCL). His strengths at the top leadership positions include strategic thinking and conceptualization of Projects, robust strategies to ensure profitability, vision from an Operational standpoint along with effective response to present and future challenges by optimal production, impressive supply chain management and developing and maintaining world-class standards in safety and environment protection are the strengths that he has brought in as Director-Refineries of HPCL. He is recognized in the Oil and Gas Industry as an eminent professional and has wide acceptance amongst the captains of the industry.
