Bridging the gap between alumni and their alma mater.

IIM Amritsar, the fastest growing amongst newer IIMs has produced wonderful alumni who are achieving greater heights in the corporate world and are setting the bar high for the upcoming generation. Alumni committee comprises of a dedicated team of students working diligently towards maintaining a healthy relationship between the institute and its growing alumni network.

The alumni committee helps the alumni in staying connected with their alma mater through wide range of activities.  The Corporate Mentorship Programme facilitates our current students to freely interact with their alumni and gain requisite insights. The committee regularly organizes Udyat Sessions which are video conferencing and physical sessions where alumni get an opportunity to share their experiences and impart the knowledge they have acquired. The students also get a chance to resolve their queries about corporate world. These Alumni Meets act as a platform for rejuvenating old bonds and provide an opportunity to current students to learn and gain from alumni's experience. The committee is responsible for organizing the Alumni Meets - "Samavaya" at IIM Amritsar and the city chapter meets in New Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai. "Halcyon" the alumni newsletter published by the committee aims to keep our alumni well updated and connected with institute’s new endeavors, their batchmates and the current students. The students are also responsible for maintaining the alumni portal where alumni can post about their experience and job opportunities. The committee is continuously seeking innovative ways to serve alumni by providing social, educational and professional opportunities.
